Acceptable use
Effective: 7 October 2026
Use the workspace responsibly and respect the people behind each image.
Rights and permission
Only process images you own, are licensed to use, or otherwise have a lawful right to handle. Respect copyright, trademarks, confidentiality and the privacy and consent of people shown.
Prohibited content
Do not use the workspace for illegal sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate images, threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, fraud or material that promotes violence against people. Do not process content you are legally prohibited from possessing.
Infrastructure abuse
Do not attempt to compromise the service, distribute malicious files, bypass security measures, flood endpoints, or interfere with other users or hosting infrastructure. The local preview interface does not authorize access to server systems.
Local files and enforcement
This version does not publish images or send them to Mint for moderation. We cannot inspect or remove images that are stored only in your browser. Delete unwanted local previews yourself. Lack of remote moderation does not make prohibited use acceptable.
Reporting and emergencies
There is no public Mint image-report endpoint or support channel in this preview. For harmful material published elsewhere, use the reporting channel of the service actually hosting it. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. Do not send illegal material to us or another service as evidence.
Future public hosting
Before public hosting is enabled, Mint will need published reporting and takedown channels, content handling procedures and server-side enforcement. This policy will then be updated to explain those processes.
