Terms of use
Effective: 7 October 2026
The rules and limits for using the current Mint browser workspace.
Acceptance and scope
By using Mint, you agree to these terms for the current free frontend preview. If you do not agree, stop using the workspace. These terms apply to img.volyx.xyz and do not govern other services that happen to share its parent domain.
What the service provides
Mint lets you select, preview, save locally, view, download and delete supported image files. Public image hosting, permanent share links, accounts and a server upload API are not provided in this release. Informational pages describe the features currently available, not a promise of future delivery.
Your content and ownership
You retain your rights in your images. You must own the content or have permission to use it. Local previewing does not grant Mint ownership or a publishing license. You are responsible for filenames, content, permissions and any use you make of downloaded copies.
Acceptable use
Follow the Acceptable use page. Do not use the website to violate laws, privacy, copyright or other rights; distribute exploitative content or malware; or attack, scrape abusively or disrupt the website and its infrastructure. Do not attempt to bypass access controls on future features.
Limits and supported files
The current selection limit is five files at a time, up to 10 MiB each, using JPEG, PNG or WebP. Very large decoded images may be refused. SVG and other formats are not supported. Image validation in this browser is a usability control; it is not a server security system.
Storage and responsibility for backups
Saved images are stored only in this browser. Storage can be unavailable, full, cleared or evicted. There is no guaranteed retention period or recovery service. Keep your own original files and backups. Changing browser, device, profile or website origin can result in a different local library.
Availability and changes
The service is offered without charge in its current form. Features and limits may change, or the website may be unavailable or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every browser, permanent storage or that every file will open.
Security and warranties
Use reasonable care with your devices and files. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this preview is provided as available without additional warranties. No website can promise absolute protection from every attack. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or other rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for maintaining copies and for the material you choose to process. To the extent applicable law permits, Mint is not responsible for loss caused by browser storage deletion, device failure, unsupported files or misuse. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third parties and advertisements
External font and infrastructure providers operate under their own terms. The current advertising area contains no active advertising integration. Links to external services, if present, do not imply responsibility for their content.
Ending use and updated terms
You may stop at any time and erase your saved previews using the storage controls described on this site. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date when material changes occur. No dispute jurisdiction, operator address or support email is represented here because those details have not been published for this release.
